RICK ALEXANDER
Work with me
Inspired by Carl Jung's view of the psyche as a self-regulating system, I believe that our psychological, spiritual, and somatic symptoms often carry wisdom, guiding us toward a more authentic and whole expression of ourselves. My approach helps individuals connect with their unconscious potential, fostering transformation and alignment with who they are meant to be. Through this process, we bring the unconscious into consciousness, allowing for greater agency, fulfillment, and a deeper relationship with oneself, others, and life’s challenges.
Full disclosure: I do not view people as broken and needing to be fixed. Rather, the goal of inner work is to make clear the adventure that is uniquely ours to live. The right adventure is going to call us out of hiding, help us find the courage we need to confront our own shadows, and lead us into the life we are here to live.
With experience in compassionate care, I understand the importance of seeing the person behind their struggles. My practices in meditation and yoga inform this approach, helping clients access deeper awareness and joy. I'm committed to creating safe, supportive spaces while recognizing the intricate dynamics at play when one engages intimately with their life. My work is rooted in empathy and a desire to guide others toward self-understanding and connection with the larger forces in their lives.
